Where does Braderie deliver?

We offer free UK standard delivery and flat rate outside the UK.

What delivery options do I have?

You can choose between Standard Royal Mail delivery or express next day.

Standard  Delivery (Free in the UK, 2-3 working days):

We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Express Home Delivery (£6, 1-2 working days):

Excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays for orders placed before 1:30 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

International (£9, delivery times vary depending on location):

Delivery outside the UK is at a flat rate of £9 .

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Undeliverable parcels

If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to us.

PAYMENTS

PayPal

We will take payment from your credit debit card via your Paypal account when your order is dispatched. For further information about PayPal or to create a PayPal account please visit PayPal.com.

Stripe

You can pay using a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX card in any of our shipping countries.

Apple Pay

You can easily and securely shop on your Mac in Safari using Apple Pay. Look for the Apple Pay button when you check out, then complete your purchase using your Mac, iPhone or iPad.
