Where does Braderie deliver?

We offer free UK standard delivery and flat rate outside the UK.

What delivery options do I have?

You can choose between Standard Royal Mail delivery or express next day.

Standard  Delivery (Free over £50, 2-3 working days):

We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Standard Pick-up Location (£3/Free over £50, 2-3 working days):

We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Standard delivery is free for orders over £50. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Express Home Delivery (£6, 1-2 working days):

Excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays for orders placed before 1:30 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Undeliverable parcels

If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to us.

PAYMENTS

Stripe

You can pay using a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX card in any of our shipping countries.

Klarna

PAY LATER – Customers in the United Kingdom can choose to buy now and pay later. This option will be shown to you at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now options. You will receive information on how and when to pay when your order has been dispatched.
